Can You Help Me Identify This Card?

Since I began blogging, many of you have sent me Rangers cards. It's really awesome to receive them from you, and I've seen my collection grow exponentially because of your generosity!

I am trying to organize and catalog my collection. I've come across a card that has no identification markings. Can you identify this card?!

I appreciate your help!!!

  1. I'm not sure what that card is but I do have a few of the 2016 Heritage you need. Send me your mailing address at swingandapopupatgmaildotcom.

  2. It's an unlicensed card known as a 'Broder' which was the last name of a guy who used to take photos of MLB stars then use the images to print cards through the mid 1980s.

Because these types of cards could essentially be printed over and over to meet whatever demand they might have had, they were considered worthless.

  3. You're not the first to suffer from Broder bewilderment. They were very popular during the late 80's and early 90's. I've actually started picking up as many Broders as I can... whenever I find them in dime boxes. They're are some pretty interesting one out there. I have a different Nolan Ryan Broder where he's pictured as a cowboy (it's the same picture from the famous Nike poster).
