Good morning everyone! There are still plenty of teams left for my 2013 A&G box break! Each team is only $15 and you get a free team with it! Thirteen spots remain, so go sign up here!
Also, I apologize in advance today. I am going to be doing some remodeling on my site, so there may be a few personal collection posts that pop up throughout the day. Can anyone tell me why you can't create a sub-page in the Pages?

Sign Up NOW for My First 2013 Allen & Ginter Box Break!!!
So, I have decided to stop waiting until a product has been pout for some time to ponder doing a box break and I'm going to go ahead and schedule one. Therefore, consider this my official announcement for my first 2013 Allen & Ginter Box Break!!!

My Great White Buffalo (A Collin Wiles (1/1))
I'm so excited about this one that I couldn't wait to put a post up until I got the card. I picked up the Collin Wiles White Ice 1/1 just a few minutes ago.
It's a true one of one, the so called "superfractor," a great white buffalo. The 2013 Bowman Collin Wiles PC is closing in on completion...

More Collin Wiles
I picked up these Collin Wiles cards for my PC last week and just forgot to post about them. Here they are.
This makes the third Ice Parallel that I have picked up; The red ice addition means that I have only one more Ice card until I have them all. I'm working on getting the final one.
This is the Wiles state parallel. I like the idea of the state parallels, but I'm not terribly impressed with Kansas. Then again, I think that Texas is about the only flag that looks good on these cards.

Yesterday's Trade Acquisitions
As I said yesterday, this week is extremely busy. I feel like I've been running around in circles and I haven't had a lot of time to breathe. Well, now is my time to do it, however brief it may be.
I received some awesome trade packages yesterday. I want to share a few cards from each one, so here they are!
First, we have these two beauties (sent along with a few more) from Ryan at "O" No!!! Another Orioles Blog. He had one of the Collin Wiles auto parallels I needed and this Darvish orange parallel that I wanted and I had a few cards from various sets that he needed, so we were able to work something out. I'm truly excited about adding the Wiles to my PC (I'm getting closer to having the entire rainbow), and I think that I have a new Darvish PC in the making. I didn't realize how actively I am working to gather his cards, so I guess I will put together a PC page for him soon. Thanks Ryan!
The next package I opened was from William at foul bunt. William and I have traded a few times now, and he always sends me great stuff. The Ryan card is sweet and has a high-class feel to it. Again, another Darvish made its way to me, and I can't complain (especially with the '72 theme going). The Pink Feliz was the primary card in the trade. It's my first pink parallel of any sort, and I'm glad to have it. Thanks William!
The third package I received was from Marcus over at All the Way to the Backstop. Marcus is a Padres fan who is currently living/working in Texas. I had a ton of Heritage Padres and a few randoms that he needed for a set, so we worked out a deal that sent these beauties my way. I have a lot of Nolan cards, but I don't have this one. I love it! Charlie Hough was one of my all-time favorite Ranger pitchers, so I was happy to see this one. And lastly, I think we all agree that Jose Canseco should be using that shovel to dig ditches. That would be a better job for him. The card, therefore, is perfect.
Last (but certainly not least, I have the package I received from Chris over at the Nachos Grande blog. Again, I had some cards that he was looking for and he happened to have some of the Gypsy Queen set that I am working on (I'm eight cards away from finishing, by the way, so if you have anything I need, please help me out!). Chris sent me some awesome cards...it was difficult to choose which ones I wanted to showcase. I love this Kevin Brown card. It looks like he is trying to rob a home run...from the pitcher's mound. Julio Franco...need I say more??? Craig McMurtry...who is this guy? I consider myself to have near-almanac knowledge of the Texas Rangers, and I have never heard of McMurtry. Now I know. And lasy, I appreciate the very "loud" Nelson Cruz relic from the 2010 A&G set.
Thanks again, everyone, for the cards. I appreciate them all, and I'm truly sorry that I don't have more time to expand on these trades! (I started this post at 9:15 this morning and I am just now finishing)

Trades Galore!!!
Today has been extremely busy with meetings and paperwork. In the middle of it all, I received trade packages from William over at Foul Bunt, Marcus at All the Way to the Backstop, Ryan from "O" No!!! Another Orioles Blog, and Chris from Nachos Grande.
There are a TON of cards to share with you all, but because of the workload today, I have to wait until later this week.
To the gentlemen who sent me cards, THANK YOU!!!! I love them all! I can't express how much I appreciate it!

Byron Buxton...Whoa...
Today, I needed to waste 15 minutes before a lunch meeting I had on my schedule. I go to Walmart and buy a 2013 Bowman blaster (I'm sure you are sick of hearing me talk about this product by now). In the first pack I find this guy:
Whoa...Granted, this is a base certified auto AND it's a base card, not a chrome, but still, what are the odds? As I mentioned yesterday, there are certain things I am trying to raise funds for, so I figured I would throw this one out on the Bay with my Puig card. I started the bidding at $19.99 and placed a Buy It Now option at $99.99. I thought if no one bought it, I would be okay keeping it.
Well, someone bought it less than two hours later. I should have started it at $199! Dang it!
Anyway, that's the fastest I have ever sold something, and I felt compelled to share. I swear I'm not in this to make money, I really am in it to build sets, and these sales help with that!
